Miguel Caballero USA Return Policy
Client satisfaction is very important to Miguel Caballero USA. As a result, we have outlined our return policy below.
You MUST contact Miguel Caballero USA by phone within 7 days upon receiving the item for a return/exchange. All returns/exchanges should be completed within 14 days of receiving the item. Once we assess your request for return/exchange, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued via the client’s email. NO returns/exchanges will be processed without a RMA. NOTE: A restocking and shipping fee of $95 applies to all items returned/exchanged unless it was a company error.
About Returns and Exchanges
Miguel Caballero USA only accepts returns/exchanges on products with standard sizes (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large) and adjustable standards. All items returned must come in original condition with the original packaging and labels. Before purchase, we request that you confirm your corresponding size with our chart of standard measurements.
NO returns will be accepted on custom-made items. Please understand that our specially tailored clothing requires considerable time and craftsmanship efforts and has been made specifically for the person seeking a perfect fit. As a result, we cannot accept returns on custom-made clothing items. Miguel Caballero USA requires that all clients provide personal measurements upon purchase. Only items with a manufacturing error in tailoring will be accepted. To ensure your satisfaction, contact us and Miguel Caballero USA will work with the client for any necessary alterations.
Exchanges apply to standard size and adjustable standard products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Miguel Caballero USA will exchange your item for another selection. Should the new item be priced differently from your original purchase, Miguel Caballero USA will charge or credit your account accordingly.
About Damaged Items
Miguel Caballero USA strives to package its products accordingly so that they arrive in perfect condition. If there is any obvious damage to the box upon delivery and you suspect the product has been affected inside, refuse the package and contact us immediately. Should you suspect any damage after opening your product, contact us immediately for corrective action.
Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
Miguel Caballero USA ships all orders via UPS with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs for return/exchange items are included in the $95 fee. Once a request for return/exchange has been processed, a shipping label will be sent via the client’s email. All items shipped for return/exchange should include original packaging and labels.
